Malose Kekana
Non – Executive Director
Malose is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand with a BCom in Finance.
Malose was the lead promoter during the acquisition of 24% shareholding in the Group by Belelani Capital and subsequently assumed the Group Chief Executive Officer position in the company. He has over 25 years’ experience in the finance and banking industry. He started his banking career with Standard Bank. He thereafter joined RMB, working in Risk Control, Corporate Finance and spent most of his career as a member of RMB Ventures, the private equity division.
Malose was the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Umsobomvu Youth Fund, a government Development Funding Institution, which was subsequently incorporated into the National Youth Development Agency. This entity was responsible for investing over R2 billion in youth skills and Small Medium and Micro Enterprise (SMME) development initiatives.
He is a former chairman of Ithala State Owned Company (SOC) Limited, the KwaZulu Natal provincial banking institution. He was appointed to the Group Board in 2016.
Mulalo Nekhumbe
Non – Executive Director
Mulalo completed her B.com Accounting and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting at Rhodes University in 2011. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with articles experience as an audit supervisor at EY with listed and multinational clients in the property development, financial services and consumer services sector.
Mulalo joined Rand Merchant Bank in 2014, and initially focused in the real estate sector advising on various mergers and acquisitions. Mulalo has also advised on various BEE transactions such as the Alexander Forbes ESOP top-up transaction as well as the largest BEE transaction in the property sector which saw Belelani Capital subscribed for 24% of Pareto Limited.
Outside of South Africa, she advised on the disposal of Ikeja City Mall in Nigeria where she was based for 8 months in the RMB Nigeria office. Her tenure in Nigeria saw her working on the demutualisation of the Nigerian Stock Exchange as well as assist on cross-border transactions assisting the RMB business in building its brand in Nigeria
She has also worked as an investment professional working in the sub-Saharan Africa team for The Abraaj Group.
William (Billy) Deehan McNeil

After studying through a bursary with Stocks & Stocks in Natal , in 1987, Billy obtained what is the equivalent of a B.Tech Construction Management today . He has been operationally involved in the Construction Industry for more than 35 years as it is both his calling and passion.
From 1988 to 1991 , he worked in London on various contracts including the Dorchester Hotel major refurb , Butlers Wharf conversion into Luxury apartments , and two shopping centres in Glasgow and Southampton . On his return he joined Bartlett Construction in Johannesburg as a Senior Contracts Manager .
He then joined Tri-Star in 1994 , and purchased the Company outright in 1997 . With his aspiration to grow across all spheres of the construction industry , he grew a small works renovations Company into one of the biggest and most trusted greenfield construction companies in South Africa , involved in retail , hospitality , commercial , industrial and housing . The substantial list of major contracts in which there was direct involvement can be viewed on the Tri-Star Construction website. The vision to become one of the most reliable and ethical providers of first class services in South Africa, was and is being achieved today , with a “ hands-on” focus and approach to Quality control and Management , Time management , Cost control , and Turnkey Project Management including Contract and Tender Administration , Leadership and Value engineering .
As Billy was no longer involved operationally in Tri-Star , LeapServe was formed in-house , and he brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise in Construction and Project Management , Innovative solutions , Best practices and Networks, substantially enhancing the delivery of completed projects on time and within budget to Pareto , in LeapServe, a Company formed specifically to enhance in-house development skills and capacity and delivery thereof.
Rodney Thabo Kekana

Rodney Thabo Kekana graduated from Wits University and Wits Business School in BA, BA Honours, Post Graduate Diploma (PDM), Certificate Program in Industrial Relations (CPIR) and MBA. In the last 24 years, Rodney held numerous Business leadership roles within the Telecommunication, Energy, Aviation, Transportation, Fire and Security Industries, with a diverse background of business experience in Business Strategy, HR Strategy, HR Operations, Talent Management, Labour Relations, Culture Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Environmental Health & Safety.
Professional and Board Membership: Rodney was an active member of the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) and held various leadership roles in this organization. Rodney held various Board roles- Gauteng Enterprise Propeller (GEP), ADT South Africa, Kusela Security Solutions and Fidelity ADT Provident Fund.
