LEAPSERVE HOLDINGS ACQUIRES 30% OF SKIDATA SA
On the 1st August 2020, LeapServe Holdings announced they have entered into a definitive agreement and acquired 30% of Skidata SA.
The deal was concluded in Sandton Head Office and approved by both LeapServe Holdings and Skidata SA board of directors. Malose Kekana, CEO of LeapServe Holdings said “This is an exciting opportunity for LeapServe Holdings. Adding Skidata SA’s Parking and Access Technologies expertise to our portfolio will strengthen and expand our service offering in Property and Facilities management.
